The fight or flight mode is the response to stress to
prepare ourselves by either fighting back or fleeing. I thought that this
concept was one of the most important because I always found it odd how we
react to stressors and different situations that make us feel threatened. It’s
about what you feel is worth fighting for and what is really just not worth
your time at all. What I’ve learned well help me be more open minded in
confrontational situations and know what is worth it.
